Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span style='font-size:14pt'>This line feature layer represents roadway moratorium segments maintained and administered by the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) in Ada County, Idaho. Each feature corresponds to an individual roadway segment under moratorium status and may include attributes such as segment identifier, street name, moratorium type, moratorium start date, moratorium end date, moratorium duration, associated project name, project number, pavement type, last treatment type, permit restrictions, and maintenance jurisdiction. Roadway moratoriums are established by ACHD to protect newly constructed, reconstructed, or resurfaced roadway investments from premature excavation or utility cuts that could compromise pavement integrity and reduce service life. The dataset is intended to support moratorium tracking, encroachment permitting, utility coordination, development review, pavement protection, capital improvement planning, and right of way administration across the ACHD jurisdiction. Data was compiled and is maintained by the Ada County Highway District.</span></p></div></div></div>
