Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><div style='font-size:12pt'><p><span>This line feature layer represents planned projects included in the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) Five Year Plan in Ada County, Idaho. Each feature corresponds to an individual capital improvement project, which may include roadway widening, sidewalk infill, pedestrian and bikeway facilities, or traffic calming, and includes attributes such as project description, project manager, project name, design year, ROW year, map location, IFYWP year and program. The dataset is intended to support capital improvement planning, public communications, budget forecasting, project prioritization, and coordination with partner agencies across the ACHD road network. Data was compiled and is maintained by the Ada County Highway District.</span></p></div></div></div></div>
