<abstract>The Street Centerline dataset represents the key streets of Ada County, with associated address ranges. It does not show low-grade dirt roads in the deserts and foothills. It includes, for emergency dispatch purposes, some roads in Boise and Elmore Counties. This dataset was developed by many parties over many years. Credit should go to Geographic General (now Power Engineers), Spatial Dynamics, Ada Planning Association (now COMPASS), Ada County Sheriff's Office Emergency Dispatch, and Ada County GIS</abstract>
<purpose>This dataset serves multiple purposes: general geocoding and routing (primitive at this time) for many public and private uses. Also as a map layer and street name annotation display.</purpose>
<supplinf>Data users provide continuous feedback on data quality, with error reports acted on within two weeks. All data produced strives to meet National Mapping Accuracy Standards (NMAS).</supplinf>
